We recently moved to Manhattan from out of state. When we purchased our new home, the house inspector recommended that we have our AC checked more thoroughly. We carried out some online research and contacted a few air conditioning companies to schedule an appointment for a residential air conditioning check up. One of the HVAC companies on our list was also recommended by one of our new neighbors as they use them for their home and commercial air conditioning at their office. It turns out NY NJ Air Conditioning company were the only ones that would come out the next day. The air conditioning contractors did an outstanding job on the air conditioning tune up and service. The techs explained the components of our AC system and explained why a couple of parts needed to be replaced in order for it to run more efficiently. The price quote was very competitive so we gave them the green light. They replaced the AC components, added additional Freon, installed a ptrap in our condensation pipe and even did an air conditioning filter cleaning on our permanent filter. We showed them some of the photos our home inspector took but NY NJ AC Connection said we didn’t need to work on the remaining items at this time as they were in good condition. We appreciated his honesty and will call them back if we need any air conditioning repairs and also when it’s time to call for a furnace tune up when the weather changes again. Whether you need quality residential AC or commercial AC service, my neighbor and I will vouch for these guys!
